Two of the most applied practices have been essentialized – Scrum and Use-Cases.

Essentialization is describing a practice using Essence. Using this approach Scrum, which probably is the most popular agile practice today, was essentialized by Jeff Sutherland, one of the two creators of Scrum. Thanks for this article. Almost all project managers use Scrum practice. And on YouTube, by the way, there are many videos in which experienced managers show how to use this practice correctly. I found a lot of such videos there and noticed that most often they were published by accounts to which at least 20 thousand subscribers were subscribed! I am sure this is because their authors used the services of tesst.com to quickly increase their number.
