If for some reason you do not want to use Windows 10, such as waiting for specific reviews of Windows 10 and want to stick with Windows 7 or 8.1 because you are too familiar, you can stop upgrading. by removing update KB3035583 (in case previously installed).
To do this, open Windows Update and click View update history, then select Installed Updates. In the search box in the upper right corner, type in kb3035583, if this update is available on your system, it will show up in the results that appear.
